Process Improvement for Organizational Change

Program Description:

This comprehensive program sets forth an integrated, structured set of activities aimed at showing you how to better your organization’s processes and products through business-driven improvement initiatives. Over a 12-month period, the program will focus on implementing strong project, engineering, and organizational management foundations by applying Levels 2 and 3 of the Software Engineering Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)®.

This program offers you a unique learning experience in a complete package of integrated concepts and techniques for implementation assistance through education and training, consulting, feedback loops, and experience sharing. Activities include:
