By process diversity we mean that
- Different organizations (and even projects within the same organization) have different goals.
- Even for achieving the same goal, there are a variety of processes that can be followed, depending on the context.
- There are also processes at different organizational, managerial, and technical levels, each with different scopes and levels of application (e.g. project, portfolio, or corporate level).
